‍User-Requested Deletion: You can request immediate deletion of your Google-linked data at any time by emailing privacy@floworks.ai. Such requests are fulfilled within 30 days, or sooner when technically feasible.We ensure that no Google user data is stored indefinitely or reused beyond its original authorized purpose.

General Data Retention Policy

For non-Google data (e.g., your Floworks account data):We retain information only as long as your account is active or as required for legal or operational purposes. Once you close your account or request deletion, we permanently delete your data from active systems and mark backups for purge within 180 days. Anonymized or aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for analytics and research.

Log Files

Floworks follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics.
