For non-Google data (e.g., your Floworks account data):We retain information only as long as your account is active or as required for legal or operational purposes. Once you close your account or request deletion, we permanently delete your data from active systems and mark backups for purge within 180 days. Anonymized or aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for analytics and research.
